Loved these!

I made these burgers the day after Ophra featured them on the show. WOW, we loved them. Have served them several times at cookouts and the guests also loved them. They have a great flavor in each bite. I love to watch their eyes as they chew, they start to light up and you know they are enjoying it.

Two of your published ingredients are wrong: Pepper is supposed to be 1 Tablespoon (not 2 T) and the chipolte Tabasco sauce is supposed to be 2 teaspoons (not 1 Tablespoon). The error in pepper and Tabasco proportions overpowered the rest of the flavors.
