Chuck Woolery, the original Wheel of Fortune game show host, was known for his wit and also his music. But, did you know he also made a delicious and healthy grilled chicken burger?

ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Place the ground chicken in a bowl. Add the bread crumbs, applesauce, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly but do not overwork the meat.
Shape the chicken mixture into equal-sized patties. Place the burgers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve on buns with any desired toppings.
