1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
3 scallions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 dash ground black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Combine the chicken, onion, bell pepper, scallions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until just combined. Do not overwork the mixture.
Form the mixture into 4-inch patties. Place on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Needs a little more spice to be cajun in my opinion but otherwise a tasty burger
