ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
chopped fresh parsley
directions
In a skillet brown beef and drain. Season with pepper and garlic powder.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, thinly layer beef, potatoes and onion slices. Pour soup over all.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with parsley.
