Steak And Potato Casserole

ingredients
1 1/2 pound round steak, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup flour
4 tablespoons cooking oil
6 small potatoes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cans (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Dredge steak in flour. Brown well in hot oil. Do this carefully and don't rush.
Place meat in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour off excess fat. Scrape up browned drippings in pan and add to meat.
Arrange potatoes with meat. Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over all. Add tomato sauce.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
