1 1/2 pound tenderized round steak, trimmed
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup brown gravy (from mix)
1 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning mix
directions
Trim fat from meat and cut into serving size pieces. Cook gravy mix according to package directions until thick. Combine tomatoes, soup mix and Cajun seasoning in a blender.
Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve gravy over meat and/or creamed potatoes.
