Country Ham And Cornbread Casserole

ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can (11 ounce size) corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 can (8.5 ounce size) cream style corn
1 cup self rising white cornmeal
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12X8-inch (2 Qt.) baking dish.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.

Can not find corn with red and green peppers .Is there a substitute for it. Was hoping you could tell men what changes I would have to make to cook this recipe in Bell Peppers. Mother made this and we all loved it but none of us had the since to learn it! Thanks Hope you can help,Gary
Look for "Mexicorn" or something similar. You can also just substitute regular corn too.
