Karen's Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes With Diced Ham

ingredients
10 large potatoes, peeled, chunked and partially boiled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, diced
salt and pepper to taste, optional
1/4 small onion, diced fine
2 cups diced ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream, fat free is okay
3/4 cup milk, low fat or skim okay
crushed corn flakes or crushed rice cereal
directions
Sprinkle hot parboiled potatoes with cheese, salt and pepper, diced onion and stir in diced ham.
In smaller bowl, mix cream soup and sour cream; add enough milk to make pourable. Pour onto potatoes, stir until well distributed.
Pour mixture in casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with crushed flakes or cereal.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-45 minutes.
