ingredients

3 cups cabbage, shredded
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin orange segments
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 carton (8 ounce size) plain yogurt
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 large apple, cored & chopped
cabbage leaves

directions

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mandarin oranges, grape halves, sliced celery and chopped apple.

For dressing, combine plain yogurt and orange juice. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill.

Toss gently. Spoon onto cabbage lined plates and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
