2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process for 30 seconds or until completely mixed. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Mix again before serving.

I liked it well enough but the vinegar came through a little strong. When I make it again, I'm cutting make on the vinegar, maybe 1/2 cup instead of 3/4.
