ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic (finely minced)
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and coarse ground black pepper to taste
directions
Cut the cream cheese into small chunks, then beat until smooth. Add the oil and vinegar gradually. Beat until blended. Add the garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Beat until blended completely.
Chill and enjoy as a dip or dressing.
