ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon good curry powder
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
directions
Place all ingredients in blender or processor. Process until well mixed.
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator, but let set at room temperature a couple of minutes before using.
Goes great on mixed green salads. Also, it's great when you add some blue cheese to the salad.

That's my mother's best friend's recipe. Jody was a wonderful, cheerful woman. I've enjoyed this dressing since I was a child. Are you a member of yahoogroups? This is a great way to get people to like curry when they're set against it. :^)

Absolutely delicious! Great way to jazz up a salad. I used 5 tsps of sugar as I felt 3/4 of a cup was too much. Shaz
