Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 3 days (stir well before serving).

Used this on a salad of baby spinach with candied walnuts, fresh raspberries and mandarin orange slices...rave reviews from my dinner guests. I used raspberry balsamic vinegar instead of the white wine vinegar. Yummy! This is a keeper.
