1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Adjust seasoning as needed with salt and pepper.
