National Apple Month

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Unless you're William Tell, in which case the odds simply have to catch up with you! October marks the apple harvest, and is therefore National Apple Month!

CDK has a cornucopia of recipes that use Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, winesap, Granny Smith and other good cooking apples in preparing desserts, ciders, and other dishes that bring out the sweet side of autumn!
