1 large boneless turkey breast
1/4 cup apple cider or juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place the turkey breast in the crock pot. Pour the apple cider over the turkey.
Sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F
Remove the turkey breast from the crock pot and let stand for 10 minutes before carving.
