ingredients
1 pound round steak, cut into pieces
2 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups cubed raw potatoes
1 jar (12 ounce size) beef gravy
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
directions
Combine the steak, bell pepper, onion, potatoes, gravy, and garlic in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are soft. Stir well before serving. Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
