Honey Mustard Pork Salad

1 pound cooked pork, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/2 bag (10-ounce size) spinach, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 bottle (8 ounce size) honey-mustard dressing
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (optional)
In a large salad bowl, combine all of the ingredients; toss to coat.
For extra crunchiness, sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top of the salad.
