Artichoke And Olive Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz. size) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup salad dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pitted California ripe olives, chopped, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
Crackers or party rye bread slices
Directions:
Combine artichokes, salad dressing, cheese, 1/4 cup olives and garlic. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining olives and tomato.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with crackers or party rye bread slices.
