6 ounces softened regular or low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup regular or low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced salad olives
2 tablespoons olive juice from the olive jar
1 dash black pepper (But no salt!)
directions
Mix all the ingredients well. This spread will keep in the fridge for weeks.
We make it for the office and eat it on crackers just as a snack or lunch replacement.
