Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

This recipe calls for "salad dressing". What KIND of salad dressing?!! It sounds very good, but don't know if you are referring to miracle whip or some specific kind of salad dressing. Thanks!
When a recipe calls for "salad dressing" it is referring to something like Miracle Whip (which really should be called something else as it rarely is used to "dress" a salad but rather bind a salad)
