A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Hot Ham and Swiss Cheese Dip

ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small block swiss cheese (shredded)
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 ham steak (finely minced)
2 small onions (finely minced)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
slivered almonds
directions
Use a mini chopper to mince the onions and ham steak. Soften cream cheese in large measuring bowl then mix all ingredients together and spread in quiche dish. Cover with slivered almonds then heat in 325 degrees F oven until bubbling and turning golden brown. Serve with bacon dippers or fresh bread.
