ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon sugar
1 can (4 ounce size) mushrooms, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Saute beef until brown. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Add all other ingredients and stir over low heat until cream cheese melts.
Pour into crockpot and keep warm. Serve with corn chips or taco chips.
