1/4 cup butterscotch pieces
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup peanuts or almond brickle pieces, finely chopped
directions
Combine butterscotch pieces and peanut butter in a small pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butterscotch pieces are melted. Remove from heat.
Peel banana. Cut into 1 in. pieces. Dip pieces into butterscotch mixture and roll in peanuts, or brickle pieces.
Place on waxed paper lined plate. chill 2 hours.
