Easy Bananas Foster

INGREDIENTS:
6 quartered bananas
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
1 teaspoon rum
1 lemon, juice and zest
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
Place the quartered bananas in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the bananas. Cover and cook on low for one to two hours and serve over pound cake with vanilla ice cream.
