1 can (24 ounce size) apricot nectar
1 cup skim milk
10 paper cups (3 ounce size)
10 wooden sticks
directions
Combine apricot nectar and milk, stirring well.
Pour evenly into paper cups. Cover tops with aluminum foil and insert a stick through foil into center of each cup.
Freeze until firm.
