Homemade popsicles are the way to go in summer. These pudding pops are easy enough to make with your kids, and delicious enough that you might end up some for yourself.

1 package (3.5 ounce size) instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Make instant chocolate pudding, adding milk called for on package directions plus 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
Pour into popsicle molds (or use an ice cube tray or small paper cups). Insert plastic spoons or popsicle sticks for handles when mixture is partially frozen. Freeze until solid.
