Grilled Sirloin Kabobs With Horseradish Dipping Sauce

ingredients
2 pounds top sirloin steak
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried chives
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
snipped fresh chives (optional)
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup oil packed diced sun-dried tomatoes
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
In a small bowl combine onion, dried chives, salt, parsley, paprika, and pepper. Toss meat with seasoning mixture to coat. Thread meat on eight 12-inch metal skewers, leaving 1/4-inch between pieces.
Grill kabobs on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness, turning once halfway through grilling.
Serve sirloin kabobs with Horseradish Dipping Sauce. If you like, garnish with fresh chives.
For Horseradish Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, tomatoes, sour cream, horseradish, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and chill.
