Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

I use a variety of veggies: small red and yellow peppers, potato and sweet potato (precooked in the microwave and then quartered), mushrooms, onion, pineapple chunks and kielbasa, then spray with pan spray and finally sprinkle with seasoning salt. Delish! Sometimes I toss the ingredients in a bowl with a bit of oil and seasonings of choice. Love kabobs!

We tried this recipe with chicken. Excellent! Watch the kabobs though, with the teriyaki marinade on the chicken, it can tend to burn easier if you are not turning it frequently. The colorful kabobs are very little work (assembling took the most work). Use a combination of different colored bell peppers - we used red and yellow.
