Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

We had a sudden downpour so I had to broil these instead of grilling. The broiling instructions worked great and the food was done perfectly. I think a lof of the flavor might depend on the brand of teriyaki sauce you use (I would have made my own if I had the ingredients on hand). I used a really good gourmet type brand not a store brand (can I mention brands here?) and I think that really made the recipe even better. It was so simple to assemble and we all loved it.
