Chicken & Artichoke Rice Salad

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) chicken-flavored vermicelli-rice mix
1 package (6.25 ounce size) fried rice mix with almonds
2 jars (6 ounce size) marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup olives, sliced
8 green onions, chopped
4 cups cooked diced chicken
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
directions
Cook rice mixes according to package directions, omitting butter; cool.
Drain and slice artichoke hearts, reserving marinade. Add artichokes, pepper, olives, onion and chicken to rice. Blend together artichoke marinade, mayonnaise and curry powder. Add to rice salad and toss lightly.
Chill several hours before serving.
