This creamy combo of grapes, almonds, and celery with chicken is perfect for sandwiches and crackers, or works in a lettuce wrap if you're serious about those greens!

3 cups diced cooked or canned chicken
1 1/2 cup finely diced celery
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup half-and-half
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash black pepper
1 1/2 cup seedless green and or red grapes, cut in half if desired
1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
Combine the chicken, celery, and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Combine the mayonnaise, half-and-half, salt, dry mustard, and black pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth. Stir into the chicken mixture along with the grapes and almonds. Mix until all is coated in the mayonnaise dressing. Serve immediately.
