Raspberry Sherbet With Kahlua Cocoa Sauce - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons Kahlua
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet

directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly.

Stir in Kahlua and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over raspberry sherbet.
