1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
Combine the sugar and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until chilled.

The flavor of the ice cream was nice, not too citrusy but the texture was very icy.
