ingredients
2 cans (8 ounce size) unsweetened crushed pineapple (water packed, drained)
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons honey
directions
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Pour into shallow pan and freeze until partially set.
Transfer to a bowl and beat 4 minutes. Pour into a container with cover and freeze until solid.
Soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
