This salad is a great combination of sweet and savory. The grapes add a touch of sweetness, while the bacon and broccoli provide the savory. The mayo dressing ties everything together.

  1. Sash REVIEW:

A winner! I've made this delicious salad twice now - increasing it to serve 12 - and on both occasions it was a big hit. The second time was a potluck where it was hands down the favorite amongst a dozen other foods. People kept asking for more. It's quite simple to make - although the preparation time takes me considerably longer than what's listed, closer to 45 minutes.

  2. Food Guru REVIEW:

This is an easy recipe but very pretty presentation wise. The combination of red and green grapes with the purple onion and bright broccoli makes this not only a tasty recipe but nice to look at on the table. The dressing is simple. I'd actually maybe add a little herbs to the dressing like maybe some tarragon or something but overall it was good.

  3. Marsha Y REVIEW:

I used only red grapes for this salad. Topped with toasted almond slivers. It is sweet, savory, crunchy and fresh. With low fat mayo in the dressing, not many calories. Took it to a potluck and it has been requested again.
