3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
6 tablespoons chopped cashews
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup granular sugar substitute
Combine the broccoli, raisins, onion, cashews, and bacon bits in a large bowl.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar substitute. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Combine the dressing with the broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Stir the broccoli cashew salad before serving.

Just made this broccoli salad and it's fabulous! Doubled the recipe but just used 1 1/2 times the splenda, to save a little on the sweetness. Will definitely make this one again. Just as tasty as the original, but this great posting is about half the calories of other recipes!!
