ingredients

3 large bunches broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans (15 ounce size) kidney beans
1 bottle (about 12 ounce size) Italian dressing
16 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 pound mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, finely chopped

directions

Add everything together except tomatoes and cheese. Marinate in large dish overnight.

Add tomatoes 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
