ingredients

1 package (16 ounce size) frozen broccoli
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 cup mango, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar

directions

Steam broccoli until tender crisp, then chop it up into bite-size pieces.

Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and add to broccoli. Add mango and nuts. Stir to combine.

Chill and serve.
