Because the crock pot uses moist heat to cook, these chicken wings are extra tender. If you want to crisp up the skin before serving them, remove them from the crock pot and place on a baking sheet. Remove some of the buttery liquid from the crock pot and mix it with a sprinkling of paprika. Brush the wings with the mixture and broil until the skin is golden brown.
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce, or less
1/2 cup melted butter
1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
24 chicken wing drummettes
Mix all ingredients together except chicken wings in zip-top bag. Toss the wings in the sauce to completely coat, then place in crock pot.
Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or until wings are done.

Love the spinach dip at restaurants like TGIFriday's and the Olive Garden? Make it at home with these easy-to-follow copycat recipes.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Delicious! Subtle flavor but perfectly done. Loved it.

The flavors were ok -how can you go wrong with hot sauce... but they were so tender the meat fell off in the crock pot. It couldn't even stay on the bone to serve. And the sauce was way too liquid. If you're looking for something "glazey," this isn't it. The wings look naked when they come out of the pot - not really appetizing. I definitely wouldn't do this again.
