It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Meaty chicken wings are marinated in an Asian-style sauce and then baked until tender.
2 pounds chicken wing drumettes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground ginger
Place the chicken in a zip-top plastic bag (or other non-reactive container). Add the sugar, soy sauce, oil, honey, sherry, and garlic to the bag and seal the bag, pressing out any excess air. Knead the bag to mix the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken wings. Place the wings in the refrigerator and let marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the wings from the marinade. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish. Place the dish in the oven and bake the wings at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, turning them once or twice during the cooking time.
Remove the baked Chinese chicken wings from the oven and serve hot with your favorite wing dipping sauce, if desired.

Love the spinach dip at restaurants like TGIFriday's and the Olive Garden? Make it at home with these easy-to-follow copycat recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Liked the marinade as it wasn't overpowering or too salty. I put the wings on a broiler pan and basted them and baked for 20 minutes then turned to broil and turned them every few minutes and continued basting.

I wasn't comfortable reusing the marinade to baste the wings so I set aside some before marinating the wings but I guess if you do what the other person did and put the marinade in the pan it cooks and is safe? I put the wings on a broiler pan instead of in a baking dish so they weren't sitting in the drippings and got a more of a glaze on them. I thought the marinade mixture was really good with the combination of sherry and honey.

FANTASTIC RECIPE WE MARINATED THE CHICKEN WINGS OVERNIGHT AND POURED THE MARINADE WITH THE CHICKEN INTO THE BAKING PAN AND LET THEM SIMMER IN IT WHILE THEY COOKED. THEY WERE INCREDIBLY TENDER AND TASTY.
Cannot wait to try! Going to also add some star anise to the marinade.

I have been using this recipe for over a year and every time I make these, they are a big hit.I usually kick up the oven to broil at the end just to crisp them up a bit more, and have found that they are also great on the grill.
