ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon curry powder

directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Remove and discard the tips from the chicken wings. Cut the wings into drummies and flappers.

Combine the butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder in a small bowl. Mix well.

Place the chicken wings in a baking dish. Drizzle the curry mixture evenly over the wings and gently stir to coat them in the mixture.

Place the chicken in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through, stirring to coat in the sauce every 15 minutes.

  1. Rachel REVIEW:

Sometimes curry can be overpowering but I thought this was the right amount. The wings were very tender. I would make this recipe again definitely.

  2. JAY JAY REVIEW:

The recipe was very easy to follow, and the cook times seemed to be accurate. It took a few wings to get the full flavor, but after that they were very tasty.
