There's nothing quite like a good chicken wing, and these garlic pineapple wings are the perfect blend of sweet and savory. The pineapple gives them a tropical flavor and the garlic gives them a nice zesty kick.

3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
2 cups corn syrup
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Cut each wing in half. Put wings into a large freezer bag.
In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken in freezer bag. Close freezer bag and place on plate. Marinate in refrigerator at least three hours
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove wings from refrigerator; discard marinade. Place wings in 10- x 15-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until tender.
NOTE: For crisper skin, place wings on rack in pan to bake.
