ingredients
7 pounds potatoes, cut into bite sizes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 chopped onion
1 can milk
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Cook potatoes until almost tender. Add onion. Drain.
Mix together the cream of mushroom, Cheddar and nacho soups with the milk. Pour over hot, drained potatoes. Place in large roaster and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
