Ingredients:
16 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup water
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
6 medium size potatoes, peeled, cut in chunks

Directions:

Combine sour cream, butter, onions, water and soup in crockpot. Mix in the potatoes. Cook on low setting 6 hours or until potatoes are done.
