ingredients
2 Italian pizza crusts (6 to 7 inch size)
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 package (6 ounce size) oven roasted chicken breast meat
3/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked and chopped bacon pieces
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
directions
Spread pizza crusts with barbecue sauce.
Top evenly with chicken breast cuts, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato and peppers.
Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
