What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!

Try something different for dinner tonight! This easy to make pizza is topped with Alfredo sauce instead of your usual pizza sauce. Chicken, spinach, bacon, and cheese are then piled on top and baked until melty and delicious. You can use a homemade crust or store-bought. Better than pizza delivery!

1 prebaked thin Italian pizza crust, 12-inch size
10 ounces prepared Alfredo sauce
10 ounces chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup chopped tomato
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place the pizza crust on a large, ungreased cookie sheet. Spread the crust with the alfredo sauce leaving a half-inch border around the outer edge.
Evenly top the sauce with the spinach, then the chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, tomato, and bacon.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake at 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and slice the club pizza into wedges to serve.

Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Made it with chopped cooked turkey instead of chicken but otherwise made it as written. It was quite good. I would add a little salt to the spinach next time but that was about it.

It was very good. My husband loved it. Even my two year old liked it.
