There's nothing quite like a good BBQ chicken pizza. The combination of juicy chicken, smoky barbecue sauce, and sweet honey is irresistible

3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 cup hickory barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon molasses
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 prebaked pizza crust (12-inch size)
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced jalapeno, optional
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine the chicken, barbecue sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar, and cilantro in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
Spread the chicken sauce mixture evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust, leaving about an inch around the edge uncovered.
Top the chicken mixture with the cheese, onions, and jalapenos.
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees F, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly in the center.
Cut into slices and serve.
