1 pound Marcona or blanched almonds, skinned
sea salt
directions
Heat oil to 350 degrees F.
Add almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until golden. Remove almonds with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
