Rosemary Toasted Mixed Nuts

ingredients
1 pound unsalted mixed nuts
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
OR
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven till they are light golden brown, about 10 minutes.
In a large saucepan, combine the rosemary, cayenne, muscavado sugar, salt and melted butter; cook and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the toasted nuts; cook and stir constantly over medium heat for another few minutes to coat and glaze the nuts. Serve warm or cool.
